Digital Commission

During the Leadership Development Programme a TCAN Artist was invited to design a creative activity using digital media, to result in a digital product which could be shared, and published, creating access for a wide range of audiences including Care Home staff, residents and their families, commissioners, and the public.

It’s aim was to encourage an exploration of specific elements of creative leadership by the Care Home Managers themselves.  It also served to showcase the diverse resource that the wider TCAN represents, and a model of creative intervention (which could be replicated by other groups and communities).

The Digital Commission provides a case study example of a creative intervention as a tool for Care Home Managers to be able to commission or develop in the future.
